Great news! Shipping is FREE when you spend over $49.
Orders under $49 will incur a flat fee charge of $7.99.
How long does shipping take?
You can expect your order to be dispatched within 1-3 business days in most metro areas of major cities. Outside of these areas, you should receive your order any time from four days after the time of dispatch.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Pet Valu relies on couriers to ship products across Australia. So, if our courier service is operating, so are we! However, because couriers generally don’t work on public holidays, it's best for you to plan your delivery ahead of time - especially during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year and Easter.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
If you give authority to leave your order on your property without a signature on delivery, our drivers can leave your order for you.
